- Item sold are NOT EXCHANGEABLE/REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE & NO WARRANTY given unless otherwise stated. 

- ALL ITEM LISTED NOT INCLUSIVE POSTAGE CHARGES. Handling & postage charges are based on item weight which will be borne by customer.

- Inquiries are highly welcome. However, we will only accept/proceed the orders for those who has confirmed with us.

- Mode of payment : 
1.Bank-in Payment (MAYBANK/CIMB/RHB) will be given ONLY to SERIOUS BUYER & STRICTLY NO COD!! 
2.CREDIT CARD payment accepted thru PAYPAL. (ADDITIONAL 5% CHARGES)

- Appreciate payment within 24 hrs of confirmation or items will be open to others.
  NO BACKOUT BUYERS PLEASE!!

- For booking purposes, 50% deposit will be charged for each item and balance to be settled on or before the agreed due date.

- Please send us a notification after payment done. Items will only be sent after we received the FULL PAYMENT.

- Items will be packaged properly. However, we will not hold responsibility for any lost and damages during delivery.

- NO COD will be entertained. 

- There will be SELF COLLECTION ONLY as per AGREED location & TIME stated by US.

- Self collection ONLY after FULL PAYMENT are CLEARED.
